1. Request deletion
If your installed app offers an account-deletion control, follow that flow and keep its request status. This website does not currently accept account-deletion requests. A verified contact route will be listed on the Support page before the app’s public release.
If no request control is available, this page does not offer an alternative submission route yet. We do not claim that email support or deletion processing is already operating.
Do not send a password, sign-in code, private conversation or precise location. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.
2. What you are requesting
Our deletion policy is to remove the deleting person’s account and their own messages and photos from partner-visible chat and scrapbook, while preserving the partner’s account and partner-authored content.
This describes the scope of a deletion request, not a claim that submission automatically completes cleanup. Account records, cloud media, authorization credentials and other associated service data require their respective deletion steps.
3. Check completion
A “submitted” or “queued” result is not confirmation that erasure has completed. This website has no automatic account-deletion backend. Use any request status and confirmation provided by your app; do not assume that pressing a control has already erased the data. Contact availability is described on the Support page.
Service records and backups may require separate handling, and applicable law can require some information to be retained. No immediate erasure or fixed completion deadline is promised here. Independent downloads, screenshots, Photos-library saves and other recipient copies cannot reliably be erased remotely.
4. Manage Apple billing separately
Deleting an account or uninstalling Honey Bear does not cancel an Apple subscription. Review recurring billing in your Apple account. Buying lifetime access also does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription.

How to request a refund from Apple
Refunds follow Apple’s process and applicable law. Deletion requests do not require waiting for a subscription to expire.
