1. Operator and service
ABLEV LLC operates Honey Bear and honeybear.love. See our support and contact information. These terms cover Honey Bear’s connected services and this website. The software license for the iOS app is addressed separately in App License (EULA).
Features depend on the released version, permissions, connectivity and service availability. The website does not sell a paid plan or promise that a described feature is currently available.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and meet applicable local eligibility requirements. Adult-only packs require both partners to be 18 or older and to opt in. Provide accurate information and use only an account you are authorized to control. Use only sign-in options enabled in your installed app. Apple and Google are the primary choices planned for launch; secondary email-and-password signup and sign-in are also planned, with release availability still to be verified. Protect your Honey Bear and provider credentials, and do not impersonate another person.
3. Pairing and acceptable use
Pair only with a consenting person. Respect decisions to decline content, pause sharing, change permissions or end a pairing. Do not use Honey Bear for stalking, coercion, threats, harassment or monitoring without freely given permission.
Do not share illegal content, nonconsensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, malware or content that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not bypass age, consent, authorization or payment controls or interfere with the service.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You are responsible for having permission to share it. You give ABLEV LLC a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, store, transmit, display and technically process that content to provide the features you request and operate the service, including through its service providers. This is not a transfer of ownership or permission to use private content in public promotion.
Recipients may make independent copies. Our deletion policy is described in Account deletion; requesting deletion and completing cleanup are different steps.
5. Apple purchases
If paid features are offered, Apple displays the applicable price, currency, term and conditions before you confirm a purchase. A monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription continues under Apple’s purchase terms until canceled. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account. Unpairing, uninstalling or deleting a Honey Bear account does not cancel Apple billing.
If a lifetime option is offered, it is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription; consult the offer for the included benefits. Buying it does not automatically cancel an existing recurring subscription, and it does not mean all future features or servers are guaranteed forever.
Where an offer includes partner access, the benefit is for the purchaser and their current eligible paired partner while a qualifying entitlement is verified and active. Sharing can end on unpairing, expiry, refund or revocation unless another valid grant applies. This does not promise Apple Family Sharing. Verification and connectivity can affect access.
Use the app’s available restore control and the relevant Apple/Honey Bear accounts. Refund eligibility is subject to Apple’s process and applicable law. No refund is guaranteed by this website. Apple cancellation guidance · Apple refund guidance.
6. Limits and safety
Honey Bear is not an emergency, medical, safety-monitoring or relationship-counseling service. Location, direction, battery and delivery information may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Questions, games and astrology content are entertainment and conversation prompts.
The app is not end-to-end encrypted. Authorized service and infrastructure operators can technically access cloud content. Notifications, widgets, saved files and other people’s devices can expose information beyond the app screen. Read the Privacy Policy.
7. Ending use and your rights
You may stop using the service, change optional sharing or request account deletion. Signing out, unpairing and erasing an account have different effects. Restrictions or service changes remain subject to applicable consumer rights and the terms of any purchase.
Nothing here excludes rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where the law prohibits doing so. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Support and contact availability is described on our Support page.
