1. Apple’s software license
Unless the App Store supplies a custom license for your copy of Honey Bear, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs use of the iOS app. Read the license presented in the App Store before downloading.

2. Connected services
ABLEV LLC operates Honey Bear. Its Terms of Service describe connected-service conduct and product arrangements; the Privacy Policy describes information handling. Those documents do not override mandatory consumer rights or the applicable app license.
